Your Session
Consultation Call
I advocate for a collaborative and personalised approach, and I invite you to start with a non-obligation, complimentary 15-minute introductory call. This initial conversation provides an opportunity to openly discuss your needs and explore whether we can embark on this therapeutic journey together.
Next steps would include booking a 30-minute assessment where an on-boarding questionnaire will be filled out and we can go over the contract together via an online call.
Therapy Sessions
Whether you have an immediate challenge weighing on you or seek to address deeper concerns, I offer both time-limited and open-ended therapy options.
During our assessment on-boarding discussion, we can consider the scope of support that would best serve you. If we agree to work together, weekly or Bi-weekly sessions of 50 minutes can be scheduled.
For your convenience, therapy sessions can be held online via an online platform, or you have the option for in-person sessions at my therapy space in Camberwell, SE5 7HN London.
